This works really well. I usually take a different brand but they weren't going down as easily and didn't seem to work like they used to. These magnesium capsules were easy to swallow and had me peeing out alot of excess water weight that wasn't coming off.Which is the main reason I even take Magnesium Glycinate supplements. All in all good purchase and great price. Very effective.

This has helped me SO much. It's a holy grail product. I can sleep better and actually rest. I was able to stop smoking weed to sleep ever since I started this supplement. I don't have as much muscle pain as before, little to none tbh, less knots on my back from stress. Less cramps. I take it at night so in the morning I feel more calm. It has made a significant difference in my life. The price is great. I'll keep buying it and recommending it to all my family and friends.

As described. It's hard to find this dosage in the stores and my poor little pill box can only hold so much. This is perfect for me.My lab work comes back much better.
