Bought this for my boxing training setup. Super happy with how well it fits in the space. It's really great quality, especially for the price compared to other retailers. It's thick and so far seems durable. Happy about the sound reducing feature too so that the downstairs neighbors aren't as bothered. Great purchase!

Mat is good, but when you start to sweat. The workout smooth side is slippery. Especially motion planking or balancing when feet and palms are moist. Flip.it over on the grippy side, much better.

Nice mat and good thickness for the price. Perfect to place under a stationary bike or use under a bench to protect the floor and catch sweat. I bought it to fit under a residential recumbent bike. Be sure to measure the length and width of the equipment you plan to place on the mat. This is not a huge mat. Perfect size for my use.

I bought this mat months ago. It os the perfect size for my exercise chair and protects my floor well without a lot of bulk so it is easy to store when not in use. I have absolutely no complaints!
