When my original Kitchenaide died of “scraper deterioration,” I called about replacement parts. When Kitchenaide blew me off — an unexpected disappointment — I bought a replacement unit based strictly on price. It works a bit differently, but it’s fine.

I bought this to roll out cracker dough and it well exceeded my expectations. I've been using this item for several weeks regularly and it's been holding up great.

I absolutely love this product. Nice to have something that works really good for a fraction of the price. I made noodles very quickly and the only hard part was getting the noodle mold I tightened after use. Easy use and cleaning.
