Amazing product! These work great and there was so many for the money, Does not burn and I am not having any allergy problems this season. Very easy to open little packet, comes with a little bag to put them in. I am so happy with these and will continue to purchase more as needed.

I used to get a sinus infection twice a year. Started using a Nettie Pot and haven't had a sinus infection in years. Challenge is the packets at grocery stores can be expensive. Started using these and they are a great product at a great price. The packet is actually twice the other packets so you can use half and they last twice as long. I've re-ordered and will keep doing so.

Sinus Rinse, has just the right amount in each salt packet, does very well rinsing sinuses.

I really like the saline packets from Medi Grade. They are high quality, and very reasonably priced. They come well packaged in minimalist but nice packaging. Each packet is very easy to open, because of a small notch in the side of the packet. The packets are hyper-tonic, meaning they have more salt than exists naturally in the human body. But this is just what you need if you are dealing with a sinus infection or a cold, and want to get rid of it quickly. In the end, I highly recommend these packets. I've bought them twice now, and they have never disappointed me.

I really like these packets. They are convenient pre-measured, easy to use, convenient and easy to open. They also come with a small travel bag which is great. Just received my second order.

Great product perfect for using before cpap therapy, I use it nightly before bed use half a pack in a normal sized neilmed bottle and no burn

Absolutely the best salt packets that I’ve found. They contain more product than most brands so it makes a good strength solution that’s perfect for me. The packaging is just perfect and they are the easiest to open and dispense. Very good quality product and packaging for a great price! I will definitely be buying these again!

Great product for nose clearing. So easy to use and is excellent value. Doesn’t hurt at all to use and is helping relieve nose pain.

I was going to leave negative feedback for this product due to the uncomfortableness of it, as others have stated, but I then checked the picture and it does state the bottle sizes. I use these with the Neil med original bottle, not the bigger size, and I noticed another review stated this is double the amount. I used .5 of the sachet in the small bottle and what do you know, it does not sting. Good product at a much cheaper price and technically you get double to amount, so even cheaper.
