Good bike, bad seat, hard to find battery for it. A keyed ignition system would be a good idea as the key is ONLY to REMOVE/REPLACE the battery.FYI This is the only compatible battery i found. GORTAT HRTC G100 Wallke X3 Pro folding ebike battery

After assembly and charging the bike does not start. I contacted support waiting in a response hopefully they can help. Overall my son was excited of the size and how it looks but the disappointment came when it did not start he was excited to drive himself to school.

I purchased the 26 inch fat tire bike. It came mostly assembled. The wiring was done, the motor was put together, the rear wheel and the frame. I only had to put on the front wheel, the pedals, the bike seat, fender flare and handlebar. It came charged and the tires inflated. It is a beautiful bike and will get some attention. I recommend also getting a good strong bike chain/lock and perhaps an airtag if you insist on leaving the bike alone. All it takes is one person with good tools and bad intentions. Varun has robust customer service and will get back to you in case you have an issue, but for me, the instruction manual and the tools included in the box were completely sufficient to get the bike up and running.

I’ve had this bike for around 3 months now and it takes me places quickly and I can easily get through any terrain. The only issues are that it only goes 19.5 miles per hour and only had 5 modes rather than 7 like how the description says so it was quite disappointing. Other than that its a pretty sick bike and I get a lot of compliments daily.

This ebike is well made. 25 mph from the box. Easy to assemble. Comes with all the tools needed. The packaging was great arrived with no damage. Customer service is excellent. It weighs in about 90 lbs. Folds with the battery in the frame. Anti theft key Lock. The range I cannot say because I have never run the battery out. Charges fast a few hours from half battery. Very strong frame. And excellent shocks.
