This product arrived on time and this morning, this 66 year old man who cannot exercise due to Morton's Neuroma in both feet, and who is also trying to lose weight with Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch daily, took 1 or 2 tsp mixed in cold tea on an empty stomach and within 30 minutes could VERY EASILY feel like I had just had a cup of strong expresso coffee (which I can no longer drink due to the caffeine and my acid reflux). For just that small amount in water, I can still feel the "awake-ness" within me and there are NO SIDE EFFECTS like the jitteriness I used to have after drinking so much coffee in my younger (20's - 30's).This should last a long time but I will order it again when it runs out.update as of 8/30/18: Reordered the half kilogram size and this product is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!! Every day I drink a concoction of 1 cup of stevia sweetened iced herbal tea mixed with 2tsp of Beta Glucan, 1/2 tsp of Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract, 3 tbs Chlorella, 2tsp Amazing Grace Organic Wheatgrass powder, put it all into a 1 pint wide mount mason jar, put the lid on and shake until it is mixed and then drink down on an empty stomach. WONDERFUL ENERGY!!!! that lasts me until dinner at 7pm. I'm a very very very happy camper. :-)

It has a semi-bitter stout beer taste which I find delicious!!!I mix it with powdered bamboo so that it's not as sticky when I eat it. I find that it helps with digestion.

Very interested in the product which contains 400 servings. The problem I have is the zip-locking bag doesn't zip lock and therefore has to be stored inside another container to keep sealed. That is something that really ought to be addressed.

I had some high LDL numbers in my last lipid panel so decided to start eating oatmeal. I found out it’s beta glucan in oatmeal that reduces cholesterol, and it works by binding with the fat so it goes through instead of being absorbed. I’ve been adding this to my oatmeal and it has a slight taste, but nothing some fruit or yogurt can’t hide.I haven’t rechecked yet, but I really think this is helping. Not trying to be TMI, but I know fats are passing through my gut that weren’t before because there’s an oil slick in the toilet water if I eat anything fatty… Apologies for that visual, but it is evidence that it’s working.
