This is a good value for how many pills you get. They seem to work as they should but I really don’t enjoy the after taste.

The size of the pill is small. Its easy to swallow and has no flavor to speak of. There were no negative side effects that I could detect. The issue I have had is that there was no apparent positive benefits of taking it. I was hoping to get an energy lift and improved mental clarity from the pills, but am not sure that I could tell that there was that benefit. For those that want to try the supplement, I think there isn't a reason not to try it except for the cost of course.
