Another one inspired by Rick Stein's 'From Venice To Istanbul.' Now that I've tried it, I think I prefer the idea to the reality. It tastes nice enough, but is nowhere near as sweet as I imagined and is considerably more tangy. Think of a sour (UK) sherbet. Whatever I've tried it in, its flavour refuses to blend and always fights its way through. It's also a larger bottle than I expected. I've still got some left.

This sauce is just so lovely!We found out about it while on holiday in Turkey. It’s quite a sweet but sour flavour, thick sauce, but is able to be used with anything. It’s a beautiful dipping sauce, good for adding on pasta, or to add a bit of a kick to other sauces.I must admit, I have it with anything/everything.It’s a must try thing!

This really livens up a salad a bit expensive but a little goes a long way.Delivery was quick and in time.

The sauce is OK but a bit runny rather thick.
