Our bed is very firm and we've been meaning to buy a mattress topper for close to a year. This topper is very thick and soft and immediately alleviated our back pain while sleeping. We keep saying it was the best $180 we've ever spent!

Our split king bed is just too firm for me and also holds too much heat. I searched high and low for a thick mattress topper where there was also an option to purchase two twin XL and wasn't going to break the bank. I am happy that I landed on this one and I am pleased with this purchase. I no longer sweat during the night and this has the right amount of soft support.

I’m so pleased with this mattress topper! It is exactly as described and came well packaged. It is heavy so I had to wrangle it from my front gate where it was delivered, into my car, to the porch, in the house and finally onto my bed. I’m a mature woman, and I still raise horses so I was able to manage, but I’m not sure some women would be able to. I’d advise that you might want to recruit a strong helper! But! There was hardly any factory odor and I’m impressed with the quality. I’m sleeping so much better and falling asleep faster. I’ve always preferred a more firm mattress so I was on the fence about sleeping on a 4” topper but I’m actually sleeping more deeply and seem to have fewer aches upon waking. Also it doesn’t seem to hold body heat. I would definitely recommend this product. I do feel like I got what I paid for. I can’t speak about durability but I can add more info later about that.

Was easy to put on not to heavy for me to do myself. I noticed No odor when I opened package it fluffed up right away. The material appears to be of wood quality and construction looks like it is sturdy . Feels comfy enough to sleep on without waiting. I will update after I sleep on it awhileThis is my 3rd and last attempt at finding a soft comfortable topper for a 1800.00 soft firm mattress that feels like a cardboard box filled with rocks and old rags. Comfort is not incl in warranty . It feels nothing like the show room sample.

Unfortunately I had to order this product because of delivery dates verses another one. My so was leaving for college and we needed it sooner than a different manufacturer could get it to us.Disappointed. This is NOT 4" thick. We let it sit unwrapped for a week now and it is MAYBE 3". It is NOT firm. The cover isn't what it is shown to be either. It looks like it will work. However my son is 6'7" and needs the support. This will end up being a waste of my money. If it holds up I will report on it. I am sure he will keep me informed.
