Improved physical health, therapy, weather, life circumstance, medication, diet, supplements. Who could really know? So I'm giving a little credit to this supplement, since I am better than before and it didn't present any negative side effects (other than the gelatin taste of the capsule shell, just have a good drink to wash it down).

This product does give me a relaxing feeling, but I'm not sure if it's from the kava or all of the other ingredients in it. I do notice just better effects from making kava the old fashioned way with a bag strainer.

I encourage all to look it up and see how it could be beneficial to you.Kava-kava root is the main star, but the main reason I ordered it (other than claims of "made in USA") is the added ingredients. These are ingredients that are already in my daily routine.The idea is that I can reduce a couple of caps and a tablet I am currently taking daily with this one capsule.So - why 4/5 stars ? Why not 5/5 ?Here is my concern: On the product listing and on two of the ad graphics, the claim is "USA Made". However, on the bottle it is only "formulated in the USA" which is very different.If this product is indeed "USA Made" then it should be ON THE BOTTLE. Indeed, there are globally sourced ingredients which are world region specific, which is fine. Also, the label has been applied in a very hap-hazard fashion. It appears to have been done in a hurry and most likely by hand.USA manufacturing is very important to me. Globally sourced ingredients are to be expected due to growing conditions and indigenous origins. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing, I can extend my trust as well as the sourced ingredients.

Ingredients are fine, and I appreciate the packaging. The pills themselves can have a bit of dust on them, but are overall clean and easy to swallow.I have not noticed any effects outside of the feeling of swallowing the pill itself.

I have been taking these in the evening, and while I know kava-kava is relaxing, I thought I must have forgotten just how relaxing it is! When I came to write this review, I now see that its 7-in-1, and let me tell you, they chose a GREAT 7 for this. Ashwaganda and Lemon Balm I have in a tincture I made to lessen anxiety. And, 5-HTP is often uses a byproduct of tryptophan (the chemical in meat that makes everyone so sleepy on thanksgiving). The capsules are not huge, have no flavor and are easy to swallow. BUT, they did arrive with some that had opened in the bottle, so they are a bit dusted with herbs. (At least this doesn't have tumeric in it!)
