I've never been disappointed with anything I've purchased from The Sausage Maker, either directly or through Amazon. Certain cured meat recipes call for Cure #2, and this fits the bill. It is NOT a substitute for Cure #1, by the way. If you're confused, I seriously recommend doing some online research so as not to jeopardize your health.

I'm new to curing Salts. This product has a great rep. Looking forward to seeing what the taste is like on the two Coppas and Chorizos I've used pink salt on.
