I wanted to change the colour on some white sandals, and needed a kind of light blue to match my outfit as a wedding guest. I’m really pleased with this - the colour was perfect and went on easily. You wouldn’t know that it was hand-done unless you looked close up. It does need at least 2 coats otherwise it looks a little bit streaky. I’ve only worn them for a day so I’m not sure how durable the colour is - I suspect it might be a good idea to seal it. I’ve not given it the full five stars because I did have to root around at home to find a small paintbrush, as the there were bits that would have been impossible to do with just the sponge. Otherwise I’m really pleased.

Great result on some tired looking walking boots. I didn’t like how the suede had gone a shade of green/brown. This has given them a new lease of life.

Undecided with this "Dye" it is very much like a paint and not a dye as you can see from results, not confident it will peel down the line as it dries it rubs off & peels easily. Colour used is mix of 124 Rose & 153 Off White

Was meant to be mid brown was more like orange and did not even soak in and dye properly unfortunately waste of money

I love Birkenstocks! But I don’t love the price of replacing them… My most recent pair purchased a year and a half ago, quickly faded in the sun from the beautiful magenta they’d been so I decided I would dye them back to their original colour. I only realised when I started to use the product today that it isn’t supposed to be for suede but as I’d already treated the cork and masking taped the soles, I went ahead and used it anyway. However, it worked really, really well! It was so easy to use, comes in a bottle and the box also contains a double sided sponge to first prepare the surface, and then you sponge on the colour with the other side. It took two coats for me to do these suede sandals and they look amazing. It was very good value for money, and didn’t smell “chemically”. Each coat dried really quickly (it’s a warm day and I did them outside for the best light). The sandals look like new as can be seen from the before and after photos. For a grand total of £23 for the dye and the cork repair, an almost £100 saving on buying a new pair! Would definitely recommend.
