It's a good scooter! Hoowee!
This is a good little scooter. I use it to go to and from work. It lasts about a week for me but I only scooter home. The Bluetooth connection is a bit annoying and doesn't connect easily but I rarely need to use it. I can change speeds with a double tap of the power button so there's really no need to use the app. It's a pretty smooth ride and has good get up and go. Easy to charge and fold.

5 STAR for seller
5 STAR for customer service. I have been enjoying the ride from last year. Its fun to ride and no problem. But somehow the base came how this week and I contacted the seller regarding warranty. They immediately reach out to me and promised to send out the base for replacement. Thank you very much for your prompt response. Love the product and love the seller. Definitely going to get another one for my son.

Nice scooter but charger is iffy
The scooter is pretty good fast and sturdy but only hits19, probably because of the type I got.The charger it comes with is the only problem, the wire that plugs into the wall has 2 holes on the end and there’s a piece that broke off so i basically can’t use the block adapter . I used players to take it out then bought an entire new charger that didn’t really work and now that broke too . Aside from that it’s great ,I get to work quick

Great customer service
My son bought this 7 months ago and has loved it. A couple months ago he got a E2 error code and it wouldn’t work. We tried a few things from YouTube but didn’t work. I reached out Volpam and they were quick to respond and had me try and couple things, after confirming our error they gladly shipped us a new motor. We installed it pretty easy but got the error again and so I reached out again and they offered to fix the whole scooter free of charge. We got it back and everything has been working great. Appreciate this company for helping my son!

Great!
Awesome scooter, i ride it almost everyday, I've had it for around six months now and have not had any problems with it. Scooter is fast, easy to get in and out of the car, and can go most places that are paved and well maintained. Scooter is comfortable to ride, size is just right and is not too heavy. Overall great scooter for anyone needing something for that 'last mile' commute. Certainly beats walking and is much faster, saves a lot of time!

The final bar holds out
The scooter moves and feels great with the handling but I've had some traction issues on smooth surfaces. I've gotten 40 to 50 continuous minutes of run time on full speed before I have to recharge and the battery's final bar is quite an accurate as it holds out longer than every other bar of charge so it's not great to really gauge how much you have left on low battery. Front wheel is where the motor is and it's almost silent. The frame is sturdy but makes it a little bit heavier than what I would consider lightweight as it's no razor scooter and weighs more like 15 to 20 lb which isn't bad until you realize that the handlebars don't collapse and it catches quite often on everything when trying to maneuver it through a door

Was great until someone stole it :(
This was a great scooter. Lasted like a year but someone just stole it from my apartment. It’s pretty quiet, not much noise. Feels pretty sturdy and has different speed settings so pretty safe. Decent size for an Adult but a teenager could probably fit no problem. Battery doesn't last as long as long as I’d like it to but I take it in hills and I’m like 210 lbs so it makes sense.

long battery life, light weight, but bumpy
A pretty solid sturdy scooter, I've only ever had this one so Im not an expert. The battery life works well for me I ride around 5 miles a day and i'm able to comfortably do 3-4 days without recharging. Pretty light weight and compact; I am able to fold it up and sling it on my shoulder to get on the bus and have it only take up the seat beside me. The app is also useful, I like how you can manage the top speeds on each mode and have cruise control. I was worried about riding at night since the scooter is colored is all black/grey, but it does have a head light and reflective tires. The main issue I have with it is the suspension is non existent and the wheels are hard, which is great for not popping but you can fly off the scooter if you hit a crevice to deep (which I have and since then have been extremely careful) which is somewhat difficult in the city I live it. like even a uneven sidewalk makes you white knuckle the handle bars im hope you don't come crashing down. But still love this thang.update:After almost a year I had to drop a star because again not only the wheels very bad for bumpy roads. Somehow around the 4 month mark- while riding at full speed during a very well known, smooth path. All the sudden I completely fly off the scooter. About 10ft away from the scooter, I had no chance to prepare to fall like the other times since the path was completely clear. I had no idea why initially but when I came back to my scooter the wheel was completely sideways as the handle bars were straight. I tightened all the screws and knobs but the wheel spun bound to nothing. I had several people look at it and found the welding was not connected but rust trying to hold it together. I took good care of this scooter it was never outside unless for riding and stored indoors between rides. there was no way for rust to form that quickly, especially how was I supposed to know if I had no idea to look there. After a while of trying to fix it I called customer service (and telling me tighten all the screws and such which I already did) they told me to send in my scooter and replaced it with a new one.I think I got a faulty one honestly. the new one was basically the same except it rode a lot smoother and stayed a consistent speed. Plus I ride it the same as the last and theres no rust.
