I'm happy with the primary purpose of the binoc's -- viewing from afar. They came with a tripod, with virtually no instruction on how to make it work with the binoc's; making it virtually useless. The schematic on the "instructions" had no relation to the product in the box. "Made in China" may explain it.

I compared these Binoculars to a pair of high quality 10X binoculars and a high-quality pair of 18X power binoculars. Without a question, the Nexiview 18X50 binoculars are at best, 10x power. If you want a true pair of 18X power binoculars, I do NOT recommend these.

I just got these 18x50 binoculars and wow, they're a game changer for my weekend hikes. They're pretty sturdy too, which is great because I'm not the most careful with my gear. And even though they've got some heft to them, they're comfortable to hold up for a while when I'm trying to spot something specific. The focus is super smooth, so I can get a clear view pretty quickly without missing out on anything. Honestly, they've made my outdoor adventures a lot more exciting.
