Sharp edges
This pan is heavy weight but all around the entire pan the edge is very sharp. It was coated in a dark oil substance that washed off fine. Buyers beware to use caution that you don't get cut because it is definitely that sharp. Otherwise, it is definitely sturdy and does the job. That being said they needed to finish the edge to be smoother or charge less for this pan.

Excellent Tunghulu Pan
The pan has the appropriate size and shape to create traditional Tunghulu. The included corer is a nice bonus! The wooden handle acts as a built-in insulator from the metal/heat.Apart from helping create traditional Tunghulu, I also use this pan to melt butter; the convenient spout makes it easy to pour the melted butter.
