The cameras themselves work well and the image quality is clear. Setup was straightforward, and the system has been stable for daily use. When I encountered an issue with the home base, the customer support team responded quickly and helped resolve the problem professionally. Communication was clear and the process was smooth. Cameras work well. Stay charged up with minimal sun per day. Resolution is reasonable at 20’. But beyond that faces and license plates are unreadable. Easy to set up. Alerts work as described. And app is easy to manage. Overall they are still working good after 5 months, but don’t expect high res video for identifying faces or tags.

Easy set up, app on your phone to control, get notifications, watch live, store recordings locally with out plan/cloud, although it’s available. LED lights for night. Can leave home & always check in to see what’s happening. Or get alerts when someone is lerking around. Solar powered, so no more charging batteries. Excellent upgrade from camera system I started with.

Fantastic security cameras . If you looking for an easy to install, remote mounted , wifi connected and solar powered security cameras these are the ones you want to buy . You get 4 cameras , 4 solar panels and a home base station that has 32G solid state memory and connets to all your cameras . Set up is an absolute breeze, AOSU have dialed the process right in and its seemless to get up and running . What I find a big advantage of these is being able to place the camera in a position out of the sun and have the panel remote allows for a lot of flexibility for your installation. Having the home base with the internal HD means you dont have to worry about individual memory card or monthly subscription to cloud based storage...very much a stand alone package . AOSU product support is fantastic if you ever need any assistance, you can chat with them from the app ... The AOSU app is first class you have multiple setting , you can set up detection zones , sensitivity, push notifications and so much more just play with and get it dialed in to your preferences and you can even set up to have all 4 cameras on one screen ..no scolling ..just all at once .

I give 5 stars for overall product and support/ customer service, 3 stars for mounting. Bought the wide angle 2 cam set due to my small space. I tried various locations to get suitable wifi signal and coverage. So far things look good. The only issue I had was both cameras right out ot the box only showed 58% battery. Which was not a big deal. 1 charged ok on solar. The other one never got above 58%. It started loosing capacity. So I charged it in the house and put back out. So far 3 days and it is staying charged. Setup was vary easy. Picture quality is really good. Had to play with zone settings to get more coverage.. All in all pretty good for the price and I like the home base storage I give 3 stars for lack of mounting possibilities. I have found that it has to be on a vertical surface for best camera angle placement/adjustment. The mount that comes with the camera does not allow for universal situations. Mounting on the underside of the soffit is not the best solution. Especially if your house has gutters. 11-22-25 rcvd a replacement camera due to battery and solar panel issue. I gave 5 stars for Customer support and tech support is great.

I have a few of these cameras and the aosu 3K/5MP camera is an impressive upgrade. The 5MP resolution is noticeably sharper than 2K, providing crystal-clear detail. You can easily make out faces and license plates, even at night thanks to the excellent color night vision. The Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) function gives you a complete 360° view anywhere, and the automatic tracking feature is great for following people or vehicles. But best of all (to me), it's solar-powered and features 32GB of encrypted local storage, meaning you get premium features like AI human/vehicle/pet detection and full coverage with absolutely no monthly subscription costs. I’m loving the easy setup, continuous power, and high-quality video. Feels like I have a professional home security setup even though I installed and set it all up myself!

We chose AOSU a year ago because their systems offer a choice of local and/or cloud storage of video recordings. That and 3K Ultra HD quality which is important when needing to crop some footage. The supplied solar panels for charging perform very well, especially when placed in a position to receive the minimum of sunlight each day. You can also charge them directly if an an AC outlet is nearby using a USB adapter. One of the 4 units developed a battery issue, but it was replaced promptly by AOSU support who are quick to respond if you need to contact them with any questions regarding features. Perhaps I've missed something, but if I was able to monitor the cameras on a laptop besides a mobile phone, it would be perfection!

Very good and reliable cameras. Nice wide angle captures more than you think is possible, and clear video as well. Lots of adjustments and options in the app. The motion sensor could be improved a little as I noticed the one on their other camera (D1) is more sensitive. Also top customer experience. One of the solar panels stopped working, and they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked.

I purchased this security camera system several months ago, easy to install and set up. The quality of the image is much better than anticipated and everything worked flawlessly until a week ago. One of the small solar panels stopped charging the camera and dreading going through the warranty process called AOSU customer service. Suffice it to say that I was totally impressed by the way my warranty claim was handled and literally within one week received a replacement solar panel complete with tracking. I can’t remember having a better experience with a warranty claim.
