Love this. Really helped with ovulating. You do have to use it for a few months to notice a difference. Only downside is the table size.

Great product, easy to take and flavour you get used to. Have taken this a number of times and have no issues.

Works well to keep PCOS cycle on track, however be aware that I have purchased twice now and have noticed there are not in fact 120 pills in each bottle. So completing a full dose as stated could be annoying if, like me, you can only afford 1 bottle at a time.

I lost my period due to pcos and I started taking these along with vitamin D and magnesium and it came back.They are big but you can chew them which is much easier.Good value for money

I personally hate swalling large pills and dread having to do it daily, but these chewable pills make it easier to take them every day. I would strongly recommend. Also period cramps have diminished greatly. It does what it promises.

It is not a 40:1 ratio with less than 40mg of dchiro and almost 4000mg of myo inositol… despite changing nothing in my diet I put on a significant amount of weight. Would not recommend!

Ive used it more thn 3months i could say my period is on and off,But my appetite goes down sometimes. It has the same effect of metformin for me.It helps with my energy level and period length goes shorter for me
