MK10 Nozzle 0.4mm

These are replaceent nozzles. My printer is a FlashForge Finder Lite. The OEM nozzle clogged.. These nozzles replaced it exactly.. work 100% And what's more the needles cleaned the clog on the OEM. Very very happy. 200% pleased (Pleased with both items in the package) Printer is printing as I type.

This worked great for Quidi pro 2. The size was just right. The print quality was on point. We have had no issues with clogging, and they were easy to assemble. It is hard to find a nozzle that can last that long depending on how often you use them. This one has been working flawlessly.

I make custom outdoor parts that are sold to commercial and government consumers. I have been running both of my Qidi X-MAX printers none stop since 2020. A good quality nozzle is very important to me. I have purchased this set multiple times. After spending most of 2020 trying to find the best .4mm brass nozzles I finally came across these. Don't waste your money or time buying a bulk pack of cheap nozzles. Every one of these nozzles is machined with precision. A visual inspection can confirm this when comparing side by side with the cheap brands. The print quality with ABS, ASA, PLA , and any other low temp non-abrasive filament is top notch. These nozzles eliminated alot of the problems I was having with under extrusion on large parts. Print quality has been consistent for years of everyday use. I fill orders for 20 or 30 parts, which can take a month to print with two machines running simultaneously. Comparing the first and last model in a batch reveals no change in print quality.

Haven't tried the nozzles yet on my Flashforge Creator Pro, but the cleaning tips worked great! only took 2 or 3 passes and cleared up a serious jam without having to take apart the printer. Definitely a good service kit

The nozzles I ordered came quickly, and were exactly as described. I ordered two sets of 5 mk10 nozzles that each came with cleaning tools. I have found that buying mk10 size nozzles for the qidi tech series printers is not as easy as the mk8 size which seem to be used on most of the popular brands, but seller Kweiny has a very good package deal at a very good price.

I had a plugged nozzle which I was able to unplug using the needle. It now works just like a new nozzle (which it as before it plugged up). I have a direct drive extruder and the tubing is used at the nozzle to feed the filament the last inch or so. Just what I needed to use the new nozzles.

Nozzles work great but the thin nozzle cleaners bend very easy. Picture was a little deceiving, much smaller than I was expecting.
