I really like the pattern, size and how much it holds without vexing obnoxiously large, but the reason this only gets two stars is because of how the bag closes. It only has one piece of velcro in the center and the flap that attaches is too long so it leaves a gap. The sides of the top don’t attach at all leaving even larger gaps. While the inside of the bag is insulated it doesn’t really matter because all the cold (or hot) air comes directly out of the top. I used clips to hold the sides closed since I already bought it and want to get a good use out of it. Would not buy again for this reason.

Love this lunch bag! Big, easy close, and adorable. However, I just noticed that one of my handles is coming undone. I have used this bag daily for 3 weeks. I may have contributed to the unraveling by pulling the handle to open the bag but three weeks Is still a very short amount of time. If you make this Prichard, be sure to pull on the Velcro to open the bag not the handle.

The strap completely broke after a month it’s cheap

I love this lunch bag, however the strap is already falling off. I will either have to try to fix it or buy a new one already.

Awesome lunch bag, it keeps things cool during my commute to work everyday! And it’s a great size for the bigger containers.

This lasted like four months before the outside got too dirty too clean and the Velcro stopped working. It’s odd shaped and doesn’t close properly. I wouldn’t buy this again
