The adapter to connect to the controller is very dodgy if it moves the tiniest but it turns the controller off can i please be sent a spare to use

Worked for the first few months I've updated it tried different cables even tried a different controller nothing seems to work it just shows a green light it connects and stuff the actual app is working fine but none of the gamepacks are working like I click on them and it just doesn't do anything I can change the settings and everything but nothing works it just shows a green light that doesn't change once on the gamepack it's not like I rage or anything it just stopped like working how it should

I would like a refund or a new strikepack usb cable as the cable snapped randomly without me touching it when I put my controller down I don’t know if it was a dodgy cable or not but it randomly broke a refund or a new cable would be highly appreciated other than that it’s anazing

I've had 3 Zen's, the original strike pack for PS4 and Xbox, the eliminator for ps4, basically all of collective minds cheating gizmos. The Strike Pack Horizon for the Xbox with the Mobile App is without a doubt the best, better than the zen, it's the phone App that does it, no PC or zen studio needed except to update the software when new. Pity you can't get one for the ps5, that would be great. The zen doesn't work consistently well with a ps5.

My son asked for this to help with his Gaming. I was dubious it would work but since he’s used it, he has noticed a big difference in his gameplay. It really helps minimise the recoil in shooting games. He wouldn’t be without it now. The item easily connected to his controller and isn’t too big or cumbersome. A yes from us!

It's good but for some reason it'll lose connection mid game and you freeze untill you unplug and plug it back in I've done the update still nothing

What a waste of money. My son had this for Xmas and now stopped working and return date has passed and can’t get hold of the seller!! What a joke!! DONT BUY!

Finally a four paddle strike pack. This is definitely their best one yet with much more responsive and better placed paddles. My only hiccup was I forgot to update the strikepack at first so it wouldn't connect to the App at first, but after i updated the strike pack it worked like a charm. Great app that really lets you configure everything with ease.
