At 500mg this is at the low end of the recommended daily dosage. Which is fine. The small pill makes it easy to swallow. But other companies (with very good reviews themselves) offer double or more the dosage for the same price (adjusted for grams). Sundance appears to be a sub/sister company of Nature's Truth, which in turn is a sub company under NMTT LLC which has a large number of supplement brands under its ownership. That is a good thing in general. The Nature's Truth brand has a lot of products on Amazon with a good number of very good reviews. The product is made in the USA. It claims to be laboratory tested.
