I love everything about this pill case. How have I never owned one where the entire top came off before? It makes filling out so easy. I bought this originally because the rainbow-colored one I had didn't distinguish well enough between the day and night sides; I accidentally took my bedtime meds on the morning one day. Not a problem with this case! The high contrast makes it so easy to differentiate between morning and bedtime meds. The plastic is thick and sturdy; the little doors feel like they'll last a long time. The doors are also designed to pop open once you release them, which is nice if you struggle at all with small object manipulation. It easily holds my meds, including several large pills, but it might not be big enough for supplements if you're taking those giant fish oil gels. Just really well-designed, and the price is right.

It looks sharp and is easy to distinguish Night from day. It can hold 12 pills ( maybe more) in each slot. I love the lock so I can take off the lid as a whole and do the pills and then put the lid back on. It saves so much time rather than trying to get 12 pills in each slot without bumping the little doors. It is makes of high quality plastic. I would not recommend traveling without it in a ziplock back as the buttons can be pushed by something in your suitcase and open but it’s not too cumbersome to pack in a suitcase. It’s a great deal! We have had many of these in the past and this is by far my favorite. It works well and does what it’s suppose to do while making my life easier.

The good and the bad... this pill organizer is super easy to fill after a week since the top completely comes off. The little buttons to make each compartment open up are super easy to use too (though our Wed night one doesn't "pop-up"). For me though, this organizer is HUGE (which I don't need). I've bought enough organizers that sometimes large isn't really "large"... silly me for not paying attention to the measurements. On the plus side, this thing is hard to lose!

I’ve hunted around for a pill organizer for a while, and it’s surprisingly hard to find a good one, given how basic a product it is. But Amazon is flooded with the same cheap products under dozens of random brand names, all with basically the same design. Finally found this one, and I think my search may be over.My requirements were space for a week’s worth of morning and night medications, and easy to refill. Simple enough, but so many failed the second part. This one has been a dream so far. I got it because the lids popped open, meaning they would be easy to stay open as I loaded it for the week (my old one, the lids wouldn’t stay open, so I would have to rubber band them together to keep them out of the way as I refilled.) This organizer does great in that regard. What I wasn’t expecting with this was the removable top, and THAT is amazing. Now I don’t have to deal with leads at all, I can just drop drop drop my pills in, one after the other. It’s great. The compartments are big enough (maybe even a tad too big, but not bad.)My only complaints are that the black color is a tad too dark, making it hard to see if you’ve taken those pills at a glance. Also, one of the fourteen compartments on my item has a weak spring, and only opens about halfway by default, unless held open. The “spring” is actually just a piece of silicone; I wonder if a real, metal spring would have been better.Otherwise, this is everything I could want in a pill organizer, and more.

Ordered this for the vast amount of medication my husband has to take. Love it. Its a great size, easy to use and the little flaps (doors) close securely. We have had this for several months now and the days and lettering have not worn off at all like most of these kinds of pill boxes. I have purchased many of these types of pill organizers over the years and this is the best yet! It checks all the boxes in my opinion. Don't hesitate, order it and I am sure you will love it too.

I needed a dual weekly pill organizer. This is perfect. 1. I love the colors2. It is easy to fill3. The closers seem to be snug and also easy to openI will probably add a rubber band around this when traveling though. Not because I don’t think this will last. But because I will be throwing it in a bag with other stuff and don’t trust that I won’t put something on the tabs to open them

I've had an old pill dispenser that was difficult to fill. This one makes it easy to fill and use. As a plus, it looks good and it's easy to use.
