Great Park Tool quality
I needed a good pair of shop scissors to handle cutting handlebar tape, etc. I have so many Park tools, I figured I’d get a matching pair. They are nice and solid feeling. They are sharp and left a nice clean edge on the handlebar tape I’ve cut. My only disappointment is that they are short. I guess based on the picture I figured they were longer. Hasn’t been an issue yet, but it’s not what I excepted.

Very robust 1/2-size scissors, has a notch for cutting wires.
Fun to buy stuff in the "Park Tools" blue color since 99.9% of my bike tools are Park. But I keep these on my workbench and use them all the time for whatever (not just bike related work). These are I'd say 1/2 size scissors with very robust blades and thick handles that really allow me to crank on them if needed. These don't appear to actually be made by Park, I've seen what appear to be the identical design (not in 'Park blue') on fly fishing related sites for example. Not strong enough to cut shift cable housings (buy the Park specific cable cutter for that!) but these little guys will cut tire beads like butter! (when scrapping old tires)

Good for small hands, cool because they are Park Tools
The scissors are cool because they are Park Tool but other than that they are just scissors that are too small for my hands. I still have some cheap kitchen shears that I use to tear down boxes etc. These are about half the size of "normal" scissors...

Excellent, small scissors.
Very sharp scissors, ergonomic and comfortable. One of the blades is serrated and cuts through plastic, and heavy cloth with ease. The notch is useful for cutting round tubing.

The quality is great, the scissors are small though so don't expect kitchen size scissors, they are smaller than that.
