Good quality, easy to install

Overall these are nice bands. Purchased a brown 20MM band for an automatic watch and I liked so much I ordered a 20MM black band for another automatic watch that I have. Second band received a 20MM labeled box containing a 19MM band. Appears that it may of been a returned item based on the condition of the bag that held the band. Returned because 19MM not usable and tried to order again and received the correct size 20MM. Removing one star due the error.

The long band with the holes was not too difficult to put on, but the band with the clasp was very difficult. It took me about a half hour of frustration to finally get the band to stay on the watch. Now that it is on, the band seems to be ok.

I have a couple of watches that I regularly wear ( yes I’m of the generation that still likes a wrist watch). I’ve always had mixed feelings about leather straps. While I like the look of one it obviously doesn’t wear as well as metallic straps ( nor handle being under water well). Still I do have a citizen eco drive chronograph that I really like that has leather strap. I’ve had to replace the strap a couple of times over the years, mainly because the loops eventually give out and tear off. The previous strap I was using had a quick release buckle that I thought would lessen the wear on the loops but it really wore out in about the same time as the original strap. So I returned to a traditional belt type buckle with this one and so far I’m happy with the fit and the appearance. Time will tell ( pun intended) how well it wears, but so far so good
