Salomon Men’s Speedcross Trail Running Shoes

5 stars as always! I just got my 4th pair today, these shoes consistently last me 2 years. I work in landscaping and spend all my spare time in the outdoors. These shoes suit both work with a semi professional and practical look and fun outdoors for their durable build, easy lace up and comfortable feel. Also very water resistant. Can’t go wrong!

My husband is a runner. He does trail and pavement running. He had been wearing Brooks brand shoes since the early 90’s, usually going through three or four pairs a year. He has wide feet so most shoes do not fit him correctly which is why he stayed with the one brand that he knew worked well for him.After decades of the same old thing I convinced him to try different brands.- He tried the On brand shoes. Not enough traction. As we were trail running in Hawaii he slipped because of the lack of grip and got scraped all down his left side. Those were thrown away in the nearest trash can he could find. Then he tried these Salomon shoes. He LOVES them. He ran a marathon in them a few weeks ago, and told me they were the most comfortable shoes he has had. Great support and grip. No slipping. They have held up really well.He is almost ready for his second pair for the year.Husband: 6’, 195lb, 12.5 shoe

Been a fan of the boots for a long time and took a chance on the shoes. These are my all time favorite shoes I’ve ever worn

Very light, very comfortable. Worn on several obstacle course races. Never have to re-tighten. Also these have been submerged in water and mud and they fit great again after drying.

Not as good as the speedcross 4 but it's close. My 4s started coming apart but we're significantly more breathable than these. Also the 6s are a bit tighter around the front balls of my feet where the 4s give more room there and are tighter in the arch (which nearly everyone prefers)This gives better arch support on the 4s as well as comfort.The 6s are also maybe .25" or .5" shorter than the 4s so you might need to go up half a size on the 6s.
