Twenty-five years ago my then 20 year old daughter bought some of these and got me totake them. I didn't believe they would do anything, but soon decided they were "doing something"for me which I couldn't exactly describe, but I would notice a difference if I missed a couple of days.I got away from them for over twenty years, and on a whim started them again. I think I notice afavorable difference in the way I feel when I take them AGAIN. I'm not a health nut and don't reallymess with vitamins and supplements and such, but.... BTW - I call them bee poop!

I started taking powdered Bee Propolis not expecting any noticeable difference. However all of my intestinal troubles went away. I bought these pills as I will be traveling over seas and didn't want the hassle of mixing powders while away. I gave these 1 month and all of my intestinal problems have returned. Bummer b/c the price point and ease of 1 pill per day was great.
