I purchased it in March last year(2024) first product I got was faulty they replaced the whole setup after installation..I felt ok.. used for 2 months Max in summer..cooling was late and not up to mark and decreased gradually. they recommended to keep in 24 for avail 5 star rating consuption. I tried to maintain it max of time. after summer I used once a week in 24degree temp.. gradually the cooling dropping to nill..and also fan speed is not good.. need to on turbo mode for max fan speed. after summer started I started to decrease temp lower to 20 or 18 but cooling was nill waste of electricity. And you should wait hours to see when it gets cooled. then I came to know that it was not working and raised a compliant..tech came after 2 days and removed all the installed tapes etc opened all units and checked for gas leaks hasent found any. He said need to pump nitrogen gas and check leakage in indoor or in our door and asking 4000 for that.. just 13 months passed after purchasing new one.. till now the condenser shine also as the new one.. but not working. How can it get damaged so soon. Is bulid quality worst.. should some one invest 33k + for few months of ac.. I am fed up with these thinking to settle it in consumer court. I suggest not to go with this.. better go for other brands.

Works well, very powerful. But is a bit noisy for an AC (43-44 decibels on low fan setting). And has the worst remote for an AC. The remote does not have backlight. Well, quite too many remotes don't. But this doesn't even have the illumination, or say, light-emitting buttons like many other AC remotes do. Doesn't even have the raised signs to identify in dark. It has only a plus sign on minus sign raised on completely unrelated buttons. Not even on the temperature, increase and decrease buttons. Rest of the buttons don't even have a raised sign. It is this mass-produced remote, but they chose the worst kind of remote among the mass-produced remotes. I mean, the remote is absolutely the worst. For setting the time, I had to turn minutes around the clock to set the time. It does not even change hours or even AM or PM. You have to turn around the clock to set the time. But still, the AC is perfect for the price and works very well. I'll say that.

This is a good AC for the price. I was initially a bit apprehensive about my purchase as I needed to cool a small 1BHK on the top floor. Installation was seamless and they even helped out a small draining issue in another 2 days or so. Next, the cooling is very good. I especially like the convertible feature where I can make it work at C1 and safe electricity and also C4 when I need to cool the bedroom and the adjacent very small living room. It is a bit noisy at higher convertible settings like C3 or C4, but you don't need to run it for long at the higher setting. Usually C2 works best and C1 at night. Impressive ratings which exceeds the 5 star ratings of the inverter ACs. Good buy.
