Having fibromyalgia as well as other conditions I found this to be Amazing! Within minutes of taking it l felt a light sensation and my energy just boosted up and my foggy head feels more clear and able to think and plan better. My CFS has been very bad these past couple of weeks, resulting in my being bed bound and constantly cancelling plans, yet within minutes of taking this l was up and about, managed to get organized and packed for a weekend away which l was actually very anxious about befor taking D-Ribose, bathed and about to head off with my daughter to the town center... I am truly appreciative of the difference this has made from day one, as it feels like l have a large element of my life back.My life has been a constant battle for over 10 years now, my only regret; not coming across D-Ribose sooner. I recommend this to anyone with CFS or fibro, give it a try, you may feel as l do.

I bought this from bulk powders because I wanted to try the product but I am on a budget so I did not want to splash out too much money and 100g is a good amount to begin with, also it was a reasonable price too. I have had a very painful hip for a year and I have had x-rays which did not point to arthritis plus I have tried everything and nothing worked; I take thyroid medication and need supplements which don't interfere with the meds. Within an hour of taking this the pain in my hip is gone and it has now been 4 days and still no pain. I am only taking a scoop full which is 5g so although it is earl days yet I am ecstatic that I have found something which takes the muscle pain away. It tastes a little sweet and looks like icing sugar. I will definately buy this again

+ Dissolves easily into water+ Comes with a convenient 5g scoop to measure a single serving+ Tastes fine - slightly sugary and easy to drink+ Seemingly no side effects (even with my delicate stomach and sensitivity to supplements)- Can’t notice any difference in energy levels- Pouch wouldn’t be ideal if you wanted to take it out and about. Would be better to transfer the powder to something more sturdy and better sealed.D Ribose is supposed to rapidly replenish your ATP (energy stores) which *should* resolve fatigue and restore tired muscles to their former glory.I have never used another brand of D Ribose so can’t say whether this is an ineffective product or whether my body just doesn’t need D Ribose.Worth a try though as it’s affordable and I didn’t get any side effects. I might try another brand.

I have been buying the bulk D RIbose for almost a year now and its one of the, if not the ONLY thing that helps my energy levels with CFS, take religiously 3 level scoops spaced out each day as stated. Thank heavens for this stuff, truly made a difference. I'm not sure how to get off of it but I don't care as long as I can do things in my day...the odd day i may forget a scoop but it seems to be fine with me so far....will try to update within the next year. I suggest buying this small pack first.My energy had gone from approximately 10% - 70% in a couple of weeks, it's not a cure but it certainly helps.

Tastes very like sugar. I'm going to try it in my morning coffee before my gym session.Clean powder - good stuff in nice packet..

This is incredible stuff for my ME. So good that I call it my magic dust! Within a day or 2 of starting it my heart and lung pain virtually disappeared... I'd had that pain for 25 years! My ME specialist theorises that the pain was due to the tissues being starved of oxygen. So once the ATP was being fed with the d ribose, the tissues were able to function properly and so the pain went. Regardless of why, I'm thrilled!I have also been told that I can fiddle around with dosage and take extra after exertion. On a regular day I take 26.5g. This is 7.5g morning, 7.5g lunch, 7.5g dinner time, 4g night time. I should add that my ME is at the more severe end, I'm 90% bedridden, so this might be why I need a fairly high dose. This dose seems to be perfect for me on an average day.Be warned, it can keep you awake at night. I take my last dose 2 hours before bedtime. I also find it better taken with food. I'm so glad I decided to give this a try. Probably the best thing I have tried since 1993!
