I would definitely recommend this as it gives much needed safety with easy installation and operation..Been using since i purchase and happy to install without any confusion and operation integrated with alexa and works well with accuracy on fingerprint scanning and operating.

It started to peel on the exterior which you can see in the photos. It's very temperamental to begin with but I decided to live with that. It's not truly a smart lock. It's just a numeric keyed entry with a fingerprint sensor. You have to be right next to it in order for it to work with Bluetooth. So if you think you can leave your Bluetooth on and just walk up to the door and enter hands-free, that's not how it works. You'll still need to retrieve your phone from your pocket, open the app, then connect it to the lock. (Kind of pointless right?)I saw this on a video review on YouTube and The woman installing it raved about it so I bought several of these.Last Thursday it started to squeal and would not stop. I reset everything, reprogrammed everything and even tried replacing the batteries. Now the only thing that works is the key. And sure enough it's outside of the return window.Just today ANOTHER one of the locks I bought is giving me the squealing problem and I have to go back and get the key in order to open the door.So if you need something that might last you less than 6 months then go ahead and waste your money on this product.Otherwise I would steer clear.

Very easy install, easy to connect to bluetooth, great purchase highly recommended!

I love the idea of the fingerprint, key and touchpad opening. It’s pretty simple to lock as well. You just press and hold the lock button for two seconds. My issue is that sometimes it will lock then beep a few times and unlock about 5 to 10 seconds later. At that point, you have already walked away and may be in your car and had no idea that the door unlocked by itself. It does this from the inside and outside and is very frustrating and completely against the point of the whole thing. It is also irritatingly loud and beeps way too much. Design is nice and install is not too bad.

Install and setup was fairly straight forward. Love the fingerprint scanner.
