eh
honestly for 15 bucks, not bad but if you want to make art with the perler beads, you’d be better off buying the separate packs of beads

Awesome starter kit
Great set from novice to advanced. Lots of colors, good quality peg boards, sturdy case with tight locks that dont easily open. The tweezers that come with it aren't that great. The points dont match up and makes it difficult to pick up the beads. The variety of colors is a plus, but as far as outlining with black or filling with white the beads go fast so be sure to look up designs that have a lot of color.

Don't spill them
Great way to teach your kids patience! Our cats have jumped on the table and ruined a few masterpieces before they were finished so be careful, don't pick it up before its ironed and use the provided wax paper! The tweezers are cheap and annoying, we use metal ones

Tweezers suck, the rest is good.
Everything was fine but the dividers aren't high enough and mixes the needs, the tweezers we just threw away due to their inability to adequately function at all.The peg boards work very well.

cool if you’re bored
I disliked how some beads came broken but that’s nothing major. Very enjoyable for this quarantine days. I wish the tweezers worked though. They’re plastic and very bendable and can’t hold anything.

Good, but not great.
I recently got into Perler beading. I ordered a Perler kit and this one, which seemed like a good value. Anywhere from 5-10 beads are half of a bead, cut, or halved. For each color section. Some beads are uneven so they don't lay flat. My most recent creation I used the Perler brand and this and the difference was huge. Perler takes up the full peg space so there is no wiggle room, which these have. And the material definitely feels cheaper in comparison.Summary: This was great for me to start with to play with some colors. The clear pegboards are great, the tweezers are a little delicate but useable. The paper is not great (sticks and melds to some beads), and a lot of the beads are halved or uneven.Wouldn't purchase again but it was fine for trying out colors!
