Works just at described
I got this to use with a specific workout and haven’t started yet. I did set it up though and give it a quick try. It was dash to set up and seems to work as it should.

I lost my original bands! This was perfect same as ones came with my program. Two bands had same size, resistance and thickness for the program. Bands durable so far and haven’t snapped ( which happened to me in past)!

Strong Band
This band will give you a tough workout. I was surprised at how tight the band was, but happy it gave me something to work on.

Change up your gym routine with this track
This track fits well on a normal size door and functions as described. It does, however, require a fair amount of room to be able to use properly, so it might not work well in small spaces. Took a little getting used to for proper form, but also works muscles in a different way, which is good for your body!
