The hat was fine in some respects
The hat was fine in some respects. It was pleasant to touch and easy to put on. However, it did not keep my hair dry. My MAIN complaint is that part of the hat tore off after two weeks, on its third use. I had to bin it. So it was a waste of money. My similar silicone swimming hats by Speedo typically last 9-12 months. I swim 1-2 times a week. I bought this one, not because it was less expensive (it was not) but because I thought it might keep my hair dry more effectively. It did not.

Recommended. But your hair will still get wet.
I like this a lot. The color is nice. It doesn't keep my hair dry, but from reading reviews I understand that nothing keeps your hair dry if you swim for an hour. It took some effort to try to figure out how to put it on. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's tight and my head is on the small side. Of the caps I've tried, I'd definitely recommend it.

Ripped after just three uses.
Ripped by third use. We are careful putting this on an off our kids, we know how to stretch a cap without ripping it, but this one tore on the third use and is now trash.

Garbage
Kept the water totally out...once. Then it tore in half as I took it off. It's junk.
