Great looking piece of luggage. After 6 international flights the suitcase is very banged up and dented. Buyers should expect this as the suitcase is constructed of thin gauge aluminum. The suitcase, unpacked is very light. The suitcase holds a lot of stuff and is well designed inside with compression pads.I wish that the baggage handlers were more carful and maybe they will take sight of the dents and exercise caution since my beautiful looking suitcase is not so beautiful looking any longer.

I though such an expensive and seemingly well-made product would last longer. But the center latch fell apart upon opening after returning from our third trip with it. I contacted customer service immediately; it took 10 days for them to get back to me.UPDATE: I got a pre-paid label to send the luggage back and they repaired it in a week or so. They are nice about it and honor their warranty. It’s a great thing. But I would have hoped for the thing not to break.UPDATE 2: Two of four wheels don’t roll well and make it impossible to use the luggage on its four wheels. Another latch broke. Sending it for repair again. I hope this is not a once a year affair.

I bought one from their web store bc I wanted to make sure I could use the warranty. One wheel broke the first time I used it. The warranty did work but they just repaired it and ship it back to me. The latches constantly bounced open. I think the latch is fundamentally not designed right. When I looked at it’s the design, I realized they were not in recessed slots. I gave it 9 months and it was just totally horrible. For $1000 I am super pissed. Now I have to go look for another suitcase and I wasted $1000 on a piece of junk.
