This is PERFECT for home owners tapping their trees for syrup!!
This Beautiful clear blue hose is just the right size for our plastic taps for our trees. If you are just getting into making your own maple syrup and tapping your maple trees, (or birch if you like), this is the taping line that you need. Just hammer the taps into the trees connect a length of this hose to you tap, and then connect the line into a hole you have drilled into the lid which you have on a 5 gallon bucket and you will begin collecting sap to turn into wonderful maple, (or birch), syrup! :D Perfect!

works great
We have been making maple syrup for about 10 years. We have always used the sap buckets in years past. 2 years ago we tried to tap a couple of trees using the tubes and 5 gallon buckets. It worked great. We didn't tap last year. Hopefully the weather will cooperate this year and with this tubing we will be able to tape a bunch more trees
