Underwhelmed
The doll itself, although expensive is lovely. This product seems to be bought mainly as a present (as in our case), so very disappointed to see it arrive in a grubby plastic bag in a broken brown box. Just feel that perhaps a little more attention to the packaging (maybe a presentation box) would have been so much better.

The price for this doll is scandalous & it doesn’t even come in a nice gift box but a grubby bag 😡😡
