I was a bit skeptical as they are so cheap but thought I would give them a go as I was struggling with LED headlights at night. These glasses are an absolute game changer, turn all white light yellow/orange, no more squinting, no more dazzling lights. Brilliant 👌

This is my third paid of blue light blocking glasses. The other two pairs were clear glass and their effect was not really noticeable on my sleep, however these glasses have a strong tint, which whilst not unappealing, does take a few minutes, or tries to get used to. Once worn for a short while you do forget about the tint however and only notice the impact when you remove them and how bright and white your lighting/screens seem.I put them on about 2 hours before I usually go to bed, which is about 10:30/45pm and I track my sleep every night with my watch. Since starting this new bedtime routine with the glasses watching movies, sport or mobile devices in the evening with the glasses on, my deep sleep has improved significantly with avg. times going from 1:15h per night of deep sleep to closer to 2 hrs and feeling a bit more rested. It's still relatively early days, but as I check my sleep quality every morning I know what my normal numbers are and the needle has definitely shifted in right direction.The glasses are well made and have a solid hard cover as well as a soft pouch, so I can't complain. They fit my head which the previous ones didn't and had to be sent back.I think they look okay and not stupid, but because of the funky orange tint to the glass I would not wear them very comfortably out and about, but then again after some time I might be bolder as I do think they do a job. Besides it's more likely you're at home when you put them on. In short I can recommend these blue light blocking glasses in all areas.

Good solid glasses that do a good job of eliminating blue light. Case, cloth and strap nice additions.Only thing I don’t get with all of these glasses is the white card and purple ‘radiation’ light???

I suffer from ME/CFS and have become very sensitive to LED lights - which of course are everywhere now. I bought these Bloomoak blue light blocking glasses to wear indoors from late afternoon/early evening onwards to protect my sensitive eyes and also to protect my circadian rhythm. They block blue light very effectively, to the point where I can't see the blue pilot light on our tea kettle when it's boiling, nor the pilot light on the boiler. Very useful in a kitchen full of LED lights when cooking dinner for example.

Quite like the style and build and seem good for the price. But these are so orange they almost hurt your eyes and if you wear them for even half an hour everything is really green afterwards. Think these are too orange TBH.The first time I wore them though I did get tired earlier when working late on my computer which must be a good thing.

They look a bit silly but great before before bedEspecially if you watch tv and you’re on your phone until late like me

For around $30, I wasn't expecting incredible quality but I needed something to try since my sleep has been poor. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised and impressed with these glasses! They feel quite sturdy and nice quality, and they do a great job at blocking blue light. The style is fairly average, which is just fine for my purposes, but that means the size of the nose bridge is average as well (I have a narrow nose bridge so I had to get some of those silicone nose cushion things. Two of them on each side solved my issue). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to cut down on blue light!!!

I love these glasses. They darken up nicely and are also very cool and trendy looking when just wearing indoors as well like regular glasses. They don't ever get as dark as regular sunglasses would, but it is nice that they always have clear vision and don't over darken anything. Long term I'll probably get a pair of dedicated sunglasses too, but these are perfect for when you are in and out a lot and want something that caters for both.

It is absolutely not photochromic lenses. Just regular brown ones. It doesn't get any darker

These are the second pair of blue light blocking glasses that I’ve bought and for being as cost effective as they are, they are great. The other pair that I have was a name brand that was quite pricey and these are the same quality and lens color. I have a smaller, thin face shape, and often have issues with glasses falling down or off when I look down, but these stay on my face and are comfortable to wear. I wear them from sunset to the time that I go to bed and they are comfortable on the side of my head and my nose. No issues with squishing the nose bridge or above the ears. The glasses are sturdy and the frames feel well made. The lenses are a dark orange, and definitely block out the blue light. I notice that the lights on my oven and in my house at night will completely disappear when I am wearing them. I have noticed a big difference in how quickly I will fall asleep and how well I sleep when I wear them. I definitely get sleepier faster, and can fall asleep instantly, even if I hav been on my computer or phone right before bed. Definitely recommend if you are having trouble sleeping or want to work later into the night!
