First off, I give the manufacturer (Ausegia) 5 stars for their excellent customer service and excellent communication. The manufacturer packed the dehydrator very well, but unfortunately it arrived damaged on the corner because of rough handling by the shipping company. Communication with manufacturer was excellent – extremely helpful and very fast responses, with every effort to help resolve the issue. The manufacturer bent over backwards to help with solutions and ultimately resolved the issue; now manufacturer will make a claim with the shipper.As far as the dehydrator, the dehydrator looks extremely well-made. I researched for over a year before selecting a dehydrator. The trays are some of the largest I could find (15.7”x15.7”) and a 12-tray capacity (without spending well over $300). A nice bonus was the supplied hanging rack and hanging hooks. Sadly, I did not get to use the dehydrator because the shipper dropped the box with enough force to dent the corner. I am so thankful the manufacturer provided me with great customer support and resolved the issue, which was of no fault of the manufacturer; 100% of issue was with the shipper.

I love this 8 trays food dehydrator! It’s super spacious, making it perfect for big batches of fruits and veggies. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and it’s really easy to use, just set it and forget it. Plus, it operates quietly and the trays are dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a breeze. The heat is consistent, and it definitely saves time and effort. Totally worth the price! I am happy as I had the tower version from another brand and hated it. This one is perfect.

We love beef jerky. We decided that we would like to make our own. This allows us to customize our flavors. We are looking forward to trying fruit too!

I purchased this product in October 2024, and to my disappointment, the heating element completely failed less than seven months later. We truly enjoyed using it until today, when I discovered this issue. I followed all the troubleshooting tips provided, but unfortunately, none addressed the problem or offered options for replacing the heating element. When I reached out to Amazon for assistance, I was informed that the product came from China, making it impossible to contact the seller for a resolution. This is utterly unacceptable. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and read the reviews carefully, as this heating element issue is serious and widespread. #TOTALPRODUCTFAILURE
