This is a high quality product. I have been using this product for 6 months and it keeps my magnesium levels in the normal range.

Great taste and easy way to take magnesium.
I was informed by my doctor that chewable supplements are the best way to get the minerals into your system. I decided to try these gummies and I love them. Before, I was taking what could be referred to as a horse pill. It was very large. Now I can have my magnesium and enjoy it too.
