They work!
Noise canceling is more like noise reduction! They certainly don't block out all noise, but I don't think anyone expects that? That being said, these are comfortable to sleep in, and they do make a huge difference in blocking out noise so we can sleep.

Best earplugs I've had
I wasn't optimistic when these earplugs arrived. They are so insubstantial. However, after trying them a few times I decided I love them. I use them for sleeping, not for an industrial situation, so it is not necessary or even desirable that 100% of sound be blocked out. These block out enough sound so that I am not disturbed by traffic sounds, dogs barking, or my partner's light snoring. Best of all, they lay flat in my ear so that when I lie on my side they don't become painful. They also stay in. I ordered another set for me and two sets to give to my daughters as gifts.

They work well!
They work well and are comfortable. It was such a pleasure riding my motorcycle with these in my ears. I could still hear my bike and traffic but it was less noisy and I felt my hearing was protected. I also use them to take naps and, to my surprise, they work as well as the wax ear plugs. I like that they include the aluminum case. It’s great that you get three sizes and I can comfortably use the small and medium ones but the large ones are too big and cause too much pressure. It would be nice if you could get two sets in the same size.

Best of 3 styles
I was looking for noise canceling, not just reducing, and comfortable for side sleeping.None of the he name brand options offer a high db reduction. So, I tried one similar to loops, which was supposed to reduce by 23db. They still didn't do much and the hard ring inside the hole caused pain for side sleeping. I tried the cone shaped ones with a similar result. I experimented with all the sizes, but neither style was what I needed. Finally, these are what I wanted. It worked out for me that the largest size gives me really good noise canceling, which let's me use the smaller sizes for reducing noises at other times as needed. Of course noise canceling always gives you a bit of that blocked feeling, but they work. I use them to sleep on my side and they are soft enough to last hours without hurting.

Not good
I don’t like them because they don’t work well I tried all three sizes and still heard noises

Not too great.
I can see what this is trying to accomplish, but at least for myself, these blocked next to no noise whatsoever since they didn't really "seal" up in my ear. Anyone who has experience with earplugs for sleeping knows that you need a bit of a suction inside the canal to completely deaden sound. When there is no seal, there is no suction that can be produced. This would minimize sharp noise at best, but would not cancel or deaden any kind of noise. They're also a peculiar shape, making these kind of horrible for side sleepers especially. Would not recommend this in particular.

Work noise
These work well but power beats are better to hear the background noise at work. Amazon needs to modify the policy because I cannot wear the approved music earbuds as wire runs along the neck.

Work pretty well and pretty comfortable
These work pretty well, but my boyfriend is a heavy snorer and I need ones that are super strong. These would work well for a light snorer or if you just need to drown out a little noise.
