I heard my co workers talking about this P.Calm retinolagen.. so I bought it. The first night it felt really good in my skin, but there was no instructions on how to apply..there is a caution on what to avoid..that's it.. please update the instructions..I feel stupid asking how to apply when it should be in the box.
