I ordered a column pair for my Inogen G5 back in Oct ‘24. I installed and used it for three months and my machine began telling me it needed to be replaced already! I thought this certainly had to be wrong after only 3 months but soon I started getting “low oxygen output” errors. I contacted them and explained my situation. We tried resetting the system counter once to no avail. Trei at Main Clinic Supply immediately shipped me out a replacement at no charge and didn’t even require me to pay to ship back the other one! Now that is astounding customer service. Ever since I installed the replacement my machine has worked flawlessly. Thank you guys.

It was the first timeI needed to replace the column in the inogen. I was not sure what to order. This ended up being exactly what I needed. It fit perfectly. It was simple to install. The quality matches that of the original column that it came with. This was half the price that it would have cost directly from the company. Just make sure you take the covers off of the bottom of the column before installing.

Get these if your portable oxygen concentrator is due. They are super easy to replace and they are a fraction of the price of the ones from the manufacturer and I would bet good money they are identical.

My Inogen G-5 was overheating, tech recommended new filter column. Amazon had just what I needed & easy to install, quick delivery no wasting gas to locate.

The item is great once I finally got it. It took forever for being a medical item.
