On paper a brilliant product
Too quiet, and poor instructions - there isn't even the initial "how to make a call" explanation. The purpoted features would be excellent if one could understand how to use them.

Great phone
I bought this phone for my parents who are finding it easy to use. It has a big button section and a handset which can be carried about so they aren't tied to the charging point. The volume goes nice and loud as they are hard of hearing. They are also mastering the answer phone feature which some dementia phones don't have.

Too complex for my aged mum
Sadly rather too complex for my 94 year old mum. Return went well.

Does not work
I bought this phone because I thought it would be ideal for my mother. Who has dementia. The only problem is, I have had it for a month and can't get it to work. I can add phone numbers and names to the hand set, but not to the photo base. Also it will not contact. It tries but it has no dialling code and will not connect. I need to return this hone yo be checked. I want one tat works. Maybe I am doing something Wrong, but two other people have tried and can't get it to work. I need to return this item, however the return time has elapsed. It is still under guarantee. But where do I send it ?

Very good, but expensive for what it is
This is a standard DECT phone (so you can link any DECT2 phone to it), with the number buttons on the receiver having a dual purpose, being held down to dial a memory (and have a photo) or just being used as numbers. It's not as easy to use as it looks, as there are key combinations to pass the call to the handset, which defeats the object of the simple picture keys for people with disability, so the person I bought it for can only use the picture keys and hands-free at the base station. It is also very over priced for what it actually is. You are paying for the feature of being able to put pictures on the memory dial/number buttons. There are other DECT phones with larger number buttons that also do memory dialing when holding down a number key, and you can just stick a picture on the buttons.
