Yummie Women's Rachel Full Length Cotton Stretch Shapewear Legging

I think these would be great if the fit was correct. I own a pair of Yummie leggings in a size small. I wear a size 6 in pants. I ordered the small and couldn't get them on. The waist was so small that I believe these would have fit a size 0 person, however, the legs fit fine. Stumped on how this proportion would fit anyone as I am not big in the waist.

I ordered 3 different brands of black leggings on Amazon for an upcoming trip to Ireland. These were the most expensive pair I bought ($33, I think). I was impressed with the fabric right out of the package. It is thick and I think will keep my legs warm in Ireland. I thought they looked short but when I put them on, and at first I thought I accidentally ordered capris. However, they did stretch with some effort and a few squats when I was putting them on. I was disappointed that they were not as high on me as the picture showed. They almost seem too short-waisted for me (I'm 5-8), and upon moving the top slides down a little. I wish I had sized up one, but the other two brands that I bought fit much better and were cheaper (Nirlon and Reflex 90 - I like the Reflex the best).

Ordered a small per size chart. The item I received would probably fit an 11 year old. Ridiculous. Returning and will not re-order bc I have no idea what size I need.
