It's Not a Fillet Knife, But !
I just got this knife and I like it, the only thing I can say is, it is not a fillet knife, it's much to heavy and is 1/8" in the middle of the blade so there is no flexibility, something you need in a fillet knife but I will give it a go when fillet time comes, I feel it will be great with beef or larger peaces of meat and poultry, {Turkey Time} it has a great edge right out of the box ....I would rate this knife a strong 3 and 1/2 stars.Hope this helps with your choice of knifes.
