I absolutely love them. Strong and durable! I've used these bands almost every day and still as strong as the day I bought them.

I feel like the Retrospec Activate Resistance Loop Band Set is good for beginners and older folks who may have medical issues and sore, stiff joints who are looking at doing a simple workout routine. I like that they were color coded and that they came with a little bag to store them all in and felt like they were a good price for what you were getting. As many others have mentioned these bands might not be the best for folks who are doing a heavier workout, but I found they gave a good amount of resistance to me and I wasn't overly worried about them snapping.

I really love the difference thicknesses of these bands. I got these to use postpartum and being able to start with the least resistance is SO helpful. I like that I can challenge myself to work up to higher bands. They are good quality and I really like the little carrying case they come with. Definitely a good item to help you reach fitness goals.

These are great resistance bands. They're soft and don't rub or irritate my skin. They come in a variety of strengths and each one is marked so you can easily tell which one to grab.

I’m able to do all of my workouts from PT with these. They hold up really nicely and don’t get weak when stretched. They don’t break easily.

Gave this to my gym-bro buddy who is a fanatic. In his words, "These are only good for beginners who are doing some stretch exercises at home and nothing serious. For heavy usage, be careful - these might snap"I used one of the lower strength bands and noticed that they have a smell and they tend to curl. Probably not a big issue but worth noticing.

These resistance bands are great for light usage. That being said, I do not think I will be doing any heavy-duty training/working out with them. They just do not feel that durable. For light usage, though, they are perfect and a good value. I like the color scheme and the convenient carry pouch. I would probably order them again, Five stars from me.

this is my first time using bands when I workout so I don't have a ton to compare it to, I'll say that they roll a lot when I use them which was really annoying
