I like this chair alot! Cross leg chairs are supposed to make it easy to move around often so you can stay sitting for longer and reduce back pain. It does take a little getting used to, but once you find your favorite positions it's alot more comfortable than usual stagnant chairs!The chair does make some noise and If you sit down too hard/ throw yourself onto it the seat does go down sometimes, but these aren't super noticeable and are easy to keep in mind and avoid. I think they're very minor issues to deal with since this chair is alot more affordable than competitors!I only wish they had more color options, but for the price I can't really complain

I've used the chair for almost a month and while the footrest is a great addition, the rest of the chair is incredibly uncomfortable. The padding and support is seriously lacking, the seat is too small, and there is minimal adjustablility. A full workday in this chair leaves me achy and uncomfortable for the remainder of the day.The only part I like is the ability to use the footrest to change leg positions as I get restless. That's it.

The media could not be loaded. Update 2/9: The replacement bracket arrived and is functional. I applaud Vivo for their outstanding customer service.Update 2/6: The seller contacted me and is sending me a replacement bracket. Hopefully this is just a small manufacturing defect. Their tracking says I should receive the bracket on 2/9 will update after that. Until then I have a stool.On the chair I received either the backrest support bracket is manufactured incorrectly or the screw for it is too short. I think the bracket is manufactured wrong as it only has threads on half of it and it has a lip not visible in the assembly manual. I've reached out to the seller to see if they can get me parts the function. But for now I am left with a chair I cannot really use with comfort. For the price quality control seems like an issue, I will update my review if the seller provides parts to make my chair function properly

I got this chair to keep myself from sitting on my feet, and this works great. I'm one of those weirdos that can't sit still or sit in a chair like a normal person. I need something to rest my feet on, and I'm constantly fidgeting in my seat. I love that I can sit in this chair a million different ways. it's comfy, easy to clean, easy to assemble, and the wheels pop apart so you can clean hair and threads that have gotten wrapped around them. great chair, glad I bought it!

It's pretty adjustable to however you want to sit but the seat is hard as a rock. It wasn't comfortable after a couple hours of desk work.

If I were strictly rating the chair I would give this one star. The chair was awful. After unboxing the foot rest did not tighten around the piston. So the company sent a new foot rest. Then I could not get the chair to stay in the raised position and it would lower all the way down. Customer service gave me some things to trouble shoot. I did those and wihle it helped some the chair would eventually inch down again, or drop suddenly. So again I contacted customer service. In the end they sent an entirely new chair. Two months went by before I was able to put the new chair together due to being out of the country and other travel. Once I finally got the chair put together I had the same problem with the seat lowering. I went through the trouble shooting actions that I was previously given, and alas it was no help. I was sure when I contacted customer service they would tell me that I was out of luck due to the time that had passed. To my surprise they are going to refund my money in the next 24 hours, and I do not need to return the chair. Dispose of it yes, but better than some of the other reviews I've read. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the whole reason I am giving it a second star. If I could rate the customer service separately I would give them 5 stars because I do appreciate their effort.

This is exactly what I wanted and the least expensive of options! I was trying to choose between two other similar chairs that have a lot more reviews but neither had all the features I wanted. Then I found this. It has adjustable footrest, seat and backrest. Seat and footrest are plenty big and padded enough. Everything swivels and adjusts in height. I assembled it myself - easy directions and everything fit. AND it was less expensive than the other two more popular options. I just say through multiple Zoom hours and this chair was PERFECT. My back doesn't hurt, I can wiggle and change position all I want. It's perfect.

1. The mechanism was broken. The chair would not stay at the height that you set it up for. When you don't sit it would extend all the way, and when you sit it would go all the way down.2. The back of the chair is uncomfortable and provides almost no support.3. To return it I needed to take it to a USPS office myself and pay ~$150 for the shipping. So I lost more than half of the chair price even after returning it.
