Best reusable 1 ml syringes available on Amazon. Perfect for thick oils.
Works great, especially if you are working with substances that require heating up.

Great for Cosmetic Formulation!
I purchased these with the sole intent of using them for cosmetic formulation because glass is non-porous vs plastic being somewhat porous, thus glass is always safer to use. There are ingredients that I use so little of in a formulation that it can be difficult to dispense without a dropper or syringe, but I prefer syringes because it gives me better control. I also love that I can boil these to sterilize them if I feel the need to.These are sturdy and made of somewhat thick glass. The plunger is metal and has strips of silicone on the top part, around the sides, so this slides easily while also giving you a lot of control. It's perfect for my purposes, and would also be great for crafts such as resin work.I haven't tried these with a needle because I don't personally need to, so I can't say how well these would work for their traditional purpose. It may be suitable for medicine that's not too thick in consistency and which you'd need to take small doses, or to administer pet medicine.Overall I'm very pleased and highly recommend for my fellow cosmetic formulators and crafters!

Worked well overall
If you need syringes for something vicious that hardens quickly when cooled, you probably need borosilicate glass syringes with metal plungers.I will not show you what happened when I tried using a plastic syringe for that purpose. But I promise if I had taken one I'd share it just so you could laugh, and if you were a friend, I might even tell you a quixotic story of what happens when "waste not, want not" meets very bad judgement. But I have included a picture of what happens if you put a substance at the hard crack stage in a proper glass syringe, but cheap out and buy one with a plastic plunger. As you can see from my first picture, a plastic plunger may not withstand any substantial reheating if you recipe hardens before you squirt it out. A metal plunger, however, will. And it will clean easily too.Where I had some issues with these syringes was the plastic luer locks. Here, I suspect user-error and inexperienced played into why a few of the locks couldn't handle my various attempts to reheat the filled syringes to reliquidify the contents as needed or later when it came time to clean them.I even managed to break a couple of the locks that had become brittle as you can see in the pictures. All the same I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. Perhaps, I don't really even need all the locks. I figured out how to remove them and I'm pretty sure I can share them among the syringes since I only need them long enough to hold the liquid in until it solidifies.I highly recommend these.

Feel the Quality
Upon opening the package you can feel the weight, mostly due to the chrome-plated copper plungers. The glass syringes are superior to plastic.Note these are small, holding 1 mL maximum. Operation is easier with two hands. The markings are accurate to the scale marked. I tested using water on a calibrated mg range scale (weighing the entire syringe and calculating the delta from empty).Plunger action is smooth and leak-free. Not sure how long the o-rings will last but it can be reused. The luer lock is industry standard and easily accepts compatible needles. It does not come with needles, which is great, since you can attach whatever sizes and tips you need and not be stuck with ones you don't. Without a needle, it will obviously allow the material to be pushed out.The luer lock cap is great to have. You would not necessarily get one with a full syringe and needle assembly. For the quality it is currently at a competitive price.

Nice, attractive, very durable and easy to sanitize
My primary use for these it to make acid additions to my brewing water. I have a calculator that tells me per my beer recipe and starting water composition how much liquid lactic acid to use and this is a pretty decent size for the amount I typically need.I don't necessarily have to but I do sometimes dip the syringe into my heated brewing water (technically that's called liquor even though it's just hot water used for brewing) so the borosilicate glass gives me comfort when that happens. The plunger is nice and sturdy with a little heft to it and the plunging motion is very smooth.I just disassemble, rinse and then boil in a small pot of water to sanitize with some of my other brewing gear, even though this is used pre-boil, still nice to know it is clean and ready for the next use.

Well made...
First I need to stress this product was not what I expected. We have cattle and I thought I was getting syringes to give the cattle shots. My fault I should have read the description closer. This is a set of 10 glass syringes with metal plungers. They are used for measuring glue, oil, etc. They can be used for crafting or other things. I am using them to measure medications for my pets and cattle. They are well made and very useful.

Great, but packaging isn't great...
Great, but packaging isn't great... got these and they are great but the packing needs to be better. Arrived and once I opened the vacuum sealed bag that was around them all so tightly together, the tips on a couple were broken as I went to draw up with them it was fine but when I put that pressure to push it out, the tips on a couple of them popped right off. :-/ But by the time I was able to receive these and then get to use them my return window was closed. I still recommend this product but the packing needs vast improvements.
