UPDATE: Company reached out and offered me a refund even though it was outside of the return window. Lack of good customer service is what's wrong with most businesses today. This one does not fall short in this area and for that reason I've changed my rating. Thank you. Disappointed that it didn't come with any tips to start. I didn't realize this until I got ready to use it and then I had trouble finding anything small enough that didn't cost 5x what the unti itself cost. I had it too long to return once I got around to using it or I would've sent it back. Poor value for my money.

I was shocked when I tried it , what is wrong with it ? it doesn't pump the drop out ! it sucks the drop from the beaker but impossible to drop again the experience was awful , this item I recieved is either damaged or doesnt work well , I need my money back
