So far I am enjoying the product. Their are room for improving quality.

I recently purchased a second one of these so I can continue to fill up a bin while one is fermenting. The bad thing is that the second one I have is useless because the lid doesn't seal at all. I contacted the manufacture directly and they will not send me a new lid because it was purchased on Amazon. I would recommend going through the manufacture and double checking that the lid seals properly otherwise you will get aerobic mold in your bin.

I did not get any tea in the bottom Also,the organic material did not diminish in size

This would be great if it didn't leak! I ended up with stinky juice that ruined the floor! Thank goodness I didn't have it under my sink! It had a glass Pyrex dish under the spigot so it didn't come from there! What a waste of money! Very disappointed.
