I purchased these to rebuild my aging Weber Genesis LTD. Getting to where I could install them was a PITA, but installing them was a snap. After installation I loosened the intake baffles, fired it up, and adjusted until I got nice blue flames where they should be, then locked the baffles back down. My grill now fires up and heats quicker, and gets hotter than it did pre-install. No more hot spots on my grill! The whole thing is hot! Definitely would purchase again, if needed.

Got the burners yesterday. I have a 15 year old Weber Genesis 310. Noticed that the grill got too hot and saw that the rusted burner was letting too much gas through a hole in the burner tube. The burner took about an hour to install. I only needed a Phillips head screw driver and a 7/16 socket wrench. Most of my time was spent on figuring out how the burners could be removed. Contrary to one review, there are no screws included. The screws that hold the burners inside the grill were beyond saving and couldn't be removed. I was able to slide the new burners under the old washer but the assembly would have been okay w/o the old screws. The new burners fit perfectly. If I had to do it again, I'd remove three nuts and one screw and complete the project in 15 minutes.

I want to comment on the exceptional customer service I experienced on my order of stainless steel burners for my Weber grill. I ordered the replacement tubes and received the package on a Saturday. The three burners were in the box but the horizontal tube was missing. I immediately contacted Amazon and since it was the weekend I didn't expect a response till Monday. To my surprise, within an hour I had a reply from Hongsco apologizing for their mistake and reassuring me a replacement would be sent forthwith. The additional part was received Tuesday. In my opinion a perfect ending to a mistake which we are all entitled to.Furthermore, I have installed the parts, very easy and they work perfectly. I didn't realize how much I needed the new burner tubes. Much more control over the heat now.Thank you Hongsco.

I have a Weber Genesis E320. These fit great and the original Weber igniter slid right into the mount on the burner. The only issues were the original mounting screws are welded into place but that is normal with grills. I was able to pop the old ones out and the new ones in so they are somewhat affixed. If I made a habit of moving the grill around I would drill the old ones out and use some self tapping screws to fix them permanently. Since I don't I won't mess with it. My well over ten year old grill is almost like new. With the cost of new Weber Genesis it was a bargain.

Have a Weber 1000 circa 1998 which I've rebuilt multiple times throughout the years, up to now only with Weber replacement parts. After reading the stellar reviews, decided to try the Hongso brand and was impressed with the quality of the fit and finish compared to Weber parts. Only time will determine comparable durability of replacement burners compared to Weber branded parts. which I've averaged replacing every 6 years. I grill throughout the year(including the winter) and leave the unit uncovered outside.Big advantage of these Hongso burners are the holes manufactured in the burner tubes are round versus slotted in the Weber brand and are slightly larger providing improved uniformity of gas flow. This improved gas flow translates to more uniform heat distribution and reduced thermal gradients - less hot spots and cold spots over the usable cooking surface area. In terms of heat distribution, these Hongso burners are an upgrade in performance over the comparable Weber replacements.

They seemed thinner than factory original. Attaching point for ignition module not sized correctly had to be adjusted. Did have an even flame when lit..

The quality of these burners are outstanding. I took a chance after reading other reviews. I have rebuilt my Weber Genesis 1000, 3 times over the last 20 years, burners, grates, igniter (several times), flavor bars 3 times, finally went to stainless for the grates and the flavor bars. I have always used the original Weber parts. I always say I am going to buy a new grill then I decide spending $100 on parts to make the grill like new again is a lot cheaper than spending the 1200 bucks on the new Weber grill I have been wanting. At 20 years old this is likely the last time I will rebuild it, although the fire box is still in good shape as of today. Weber makes a good pit and you can get parts for them. Anyway, I find the construction of these burners to match if not exceed the quality of the Weber parts I have been buying over the years and they are 50% less in cost. They also have something the original burners do not have, stainless screen at the air/draft adjustment. This will eliminate the need to use the plastic covers over the air port that excludes spiders and insects. I do not see an issue with these burners at this time and I think they are worth the price savings.

Looked for sometime for a replacement for my Weber Genesis special edition replacement for the burners which started to rust internally . These fit and so far so good . It comes with a fitting for the ignitor whichis not perfect but does the job. If the Burners lasts a couple of years I will buy again.
